I have done something like the colored cellophane using jello jigglers. I made blue and yellow jello jigglers and used a cookie cutter or small cup to make them into the circle shape. At snack time the children overlapped the blue and yellow jello to make green. Voila! Can be done with other color combinations.

I love this idea! This book is one of Emily's favorites, and I know she would enjoy acting out the book with colored cellophane. How cool!
